Collaborative Divorce Communication and Process Facilitation
A Better Option for Divorcing Parents
For parents who have made the difficult decision to end their marriage, collaborative divorce can be an honorable and streamlined process for keeping things peaceful without going to court.
As a licensed clinical social worker who has completed Basic Training through Collaborative Divorce Texas, I am available to work as a neutral mental health professional (“MHP”) on collaborative divorce teams. In this role, I serve as a communications and process facilitator to help divorcing clients to find creative, workable and amicable solutions that keep their children’s needs and interests at the forefront.
This service is available exclusively through the official collaborative divorce legal process. Divorcing parents or couples first retain collaborative attorneys, who then request that I join their collaborative team.
Parents or couples interested in my services- please have your collaborative attorneys contact me regarding availability.
*Please note: My role as a neutral collaborative divorce team member is different from that of a therapist. I do not provide any divorce, custody, advocacy or other court-related services outside of the official collaborative divorce process.
